The word of the month at Maine Memorial is acceptance. Students are working hard to understand and appreciate others for who they are. The fourth graders in Mrs. Burkhardt and Mrs. Wintersteen’s class participated in a Korean studies lesson with BU student Amy Mendelson today. She introduced them to Korean music, food, traditions, and games. The students learned a lot about the Korean culture while enjoying traditional snacks and games!
