On Thursday, December 9 , 2021, representatives of the Maine-Endwell school community met to review the districts Strategic Plan.
The primary work of the committee is to review district priorities and identify areas where focus is needed. The District Strategic Plan drives and directs investment and is represented through and within the annual school budget.
This was the first time since December 2019 the committee was able to meet due to COVID restrictions. New needs have emerged, including addressing the social-emotional needs of students and staff and building a culturally responsive environment that promotes inclusion.
